AT&T does not offer any type of tracking device to track phones if they were lost. Maybe just keep trying to call your phone & see if anyone picks up. If not,best to call customer care & report the phone lost/stolen. You don’t want anyone ranking up your bill.

im sorry but there is no way to track your phone from ATT.
if its missing its best to call and suspend the line so if someone does find it they cant use it
