How can I connect to an unsecured wireless connection invisible?

OK, so I use my neighbors wi-fi connection for my laptop but I know that its possible for them to see what i’m doing. Also, lately I’ve been finding tracking cookies a lot since using their wireless connection, but its the only way I have access to the internet. Is there any possible way that I could use their wi-fi without being noticed (invisible)??

    Short answer: you can’t.

The router and access point needs the hardware address (MAC address) from your wifi card to assign an IP address and to know where to forward packets. You can’t turn this off. If your neighbor does some looking he will find an unrecognized MAC address connected to his wireless. The normal reaction would then be to secure the access point. In extreme cases he might call the police, because this is considered a crime in most places. In really extreme places the police might actually have someone who knows how to track you down and will investigate and press charges. As much as I disagree with this, as I think anyone running an unsecured access point is inviting guests, there have been several cases successfully prosecuted to establish precedent.

Why don’t you try making friends with the neighbor and offer a few bucks and your help in securing his connection in exchange for permission to share use. I’ve reached this agreement with a few of my neighbors and we wound up being friends.

The government detected the Red Hulk in the Bering Strait when a satellite detected the seismic activity of the Hulk landing on the ground. In Dimitri, Russia, the Red Hulk murdered the Abomination.

In New York, the Red Hulk attacked Director of S.H.I.E.L.D Tony Stark’s newly commissioned Helicarrier causing it to crash land and be destroyed. While there Red Hulk erased all files on the Hulk, using a sophisticated computer virus. After this attack Red Hulk headed to Gamma Base in Death Valley, Nevada where he squared off against A-Bomb before having to face android Harpies, and the original Hulk.

What you are doing is stealing. As you may have heard, that is both illegal and immoral. So, even if it were possible, I would not tell you how to do it.
