I have an LG chocolate from Verizon Wireless, I want to get a Blackberry Storm, will my bill be a lot higher?

I’m really sick of my old phone, I really want to get the Blackberry Storm but I’m concerned that the bill will be significantly higher. I want to have internet and possibly the gps navigation, how much will that raise the bill?

For anyone who has tried a Bluetooth USB receiver like Holux with Google Maps or so as well as a low-end Garmin/TomTom/Mio, how does the experience compare? Without GPS receiver, Google Maps pops up balloons for each step of the route. Does that change any with a BT GPS paired? Is it any more readable, and is it usable in a moving car?

Is the Blackberry Maps app any better? Any other software that could be used for navigation in a car?
