will Verizon wireless become the carrier of the Iphone 3gs?

i was wondering because people are saying that it will be available in 2010 to Verizon Wireless customers and then others are saying it is not because verizon turned it down once and from then on they are saying its not and others say it is so i was wondering if y’all knew anything about that and will it have those crappy Verizon apps or will it have the apple app store and ipod and safari not the junk Verizon Wireless has on it like their web and all that v cast crap like the apps that are already on there like the i tv and the other apps that is already on the Iphone 3gs and the compass and the gps system and somebody on wiki answers said that apple and vzw negotiated on it so i was wondering if verizon agreed to keep the app store or apple agreed to take out the app store and to change it with the other vzw junk

Where to find either a very small Bluetooth speaker or small receiver to plug miniature speakers into?

We want to mount a wireless speaker (mono okay) on a shoulder strap to receive voice commands from a GPS program on a laptop. We have found a miniature pair of amplified stereo speakers (1"x1"x2.5") intended to plug into an iPod like device and are temporarily using them with a cable. Would like a speaker only (no mike needed) Bluetooth or Bluetooth with audio jack. Goal is to make enough volume to hear GPS over traffic while walking but not so heavy as to drag off shoulder. Earphones are NOT an option – blind person must hear environmental audio cues.
I trudged back and forth through Fry’s on the advice of several departments that demonstrated a complete lack of small speakers and of how Bluetooth functions. Radio Shack is better for small speakers and no trudging.
Person has no glasses and I don’t want to engineer (and build) a solution – I want a little box.

RoqyBT GPS – Navigon UK – Ipod Touch Sat Nav

I bought the bluetooth gps receiver off ebay for £10 and also the roqyBT software from cydia that cost me around £7 for the full version. This software enables me to use any bluetooth gps receiver on the market to use sat nav on my ipod touch. In order to do this, you will need a jailbroken device. I have a Ipod Touch 2G with the winterboard theme from cydia ‘Leopard theme’. I have used TomTom and navigon on this device and im sure that there are more navigational apps out there that will be compatible in this method. i think this is a much better alternative than the other ‘gps360 from orange gadgets’.
